Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (no! it's not a disorder) treatments?

Although people with ADHD struggle to persist on some tasks with temporally delayed consequences, they may be able to maintain an unusually pro-longed level of attention for tasks they do find intrinsically interesting or immediately rewarding,  this is known as  hyperfocus  (more colloquially) or  perseverative responding. This is exactly where we have developed a physical training program :   We would recommend a combination of treatments currently available as well as enrolling your child into our specialized martial arts program developed using Shaolin Kung Fu, Qigong, Tai Chi, Yoga.  And yes, these are not even mentioned as possible important alleviating programs to help with ADHD or similar challenges.

  People with ADHD may have trouble paying attention, controlling impulsive behaviors (may act without thinking about what the result will be), or be overly active . ADAPT is a new concept and  means Attention Disorder Alleviating Physical Training . Deciding if a child has ADHD is a process with several steps. There is no single test to diagnose ADHD, and many other problems, like sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, and certain types of learning disabilities, can have similar symptoms. If you are concerned about whether a child might have ADHD, the first step is to talk with a healthcare provider to find out if the symptoms fit the diagnosis.
